Consolidation of Billing Items and New Bundles
Earlier this year, we introduced a premium feature for our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) customers, transitioning them to Managed Detection and Response (MDR) for expanded visibility and 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) support—at no additional cost. As we move into the final quarter of 2024, we’re adding even more value by including advanced antivirus options, ransomware protection, and software management in our packages. These enhancements are designed to improve the resiliency and security of your operations, all while maintaining affordability.
To streamline our offerings, we will be consolidating billing items and introducing the Thunder Rock 360° Protect™ bundles. These bundles, available in Lite, Standard, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, will allow us to deliver right-sized solutions for your business, no matter where you are on your journey. Additionally, we’re reducing our hourly rates and offering discounts on cybersecurity add-ons for our Pro and Enterprise customers.
Optimizations to Block Hours and SLAs
We are also making changes to our block hour billing practices. Moving forward, block hours will now utilize 10-minute increments, stretching every dollar further. We’ve also optimized our SLA response times to be more consistent and responsive, with increased response time improvements across all service levels. For customers with more than twenty-five users, our new Enterprise bundles offer a predictable, monthly billing option for managed technical services.
Labor Price Reductions
We’re pleased to announce reductions in our labor pricing across the board:
- Non-contracted rate reduced by 8.69%
- Contracted bulk hour rate reduced by 6.45%
- Lite package rate reduced by 5.4%
- Standard package rate reduced by 5.5%
- Pro package rate reduced by 11.76%
Enhanced Monitoring and Cybersecurity Add-Ons
In partnership with our carefully curated network, we are enhancing our monitoring capabilities, delivering over 40% savings compared to separate service offerings. Depending on your current monitoring package, you’ll receive an additional $9.20 per endpoint value with either minimal increases on lower tiers or robust savings on higher tiers.
We’re also excited to introduce new cybersecurity offerings, including Dark web Monitoring, Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Phishing Simulations, and Advanced Email Security. Pro and Enterprise customers will enjoy discounts on these essential tools.
