- Enterprise – 24/7 Unlimited Support – Always Priority – Same Day Response SLA (per user or device) [Minimum 25 Users] – Same Business Day Response SLA
- Pro – Unlimited Support – Priority Queue for first 30 Hours/Month – Same Business Day Response SLA
- Standard – Unlimited Support – Priority Queue for first 20 Hours/Month – 1-2 Days SLA
- Lite – 5 Hours/Month – Maintain Discounted Hourly Rate after 5 Hours – 3-5 Days SLA
A work order is a written order from you to do a certain technical task. These are generally limited in scope to a singular issue and are limited to a maximum of 2 hours each. We can offer various levels of monthly support packages that work off of isolated work to custom tailor a solution that works for you and your company.

Purchase Bulk Support in Hours at a discounted rate in advance. All Bulk Support requests operate on a Lite Level Service Level Agreement. Bulk Hours expire one year after the purchase date.
